Your hourly schedule, automated.
Only the current hour, visible.
Repeata is an hourly planner that shows you only what's due right now — not tomorrow's list, not this week's backlog. Set your day once, and every hour it quietly surfaces the current task, so you can focus on doing instead of deciding. If you want the full picture, see every feature.
Most task apps show everything. That's the problem.
Opening a planner shouldn't feel like opening a bill. When everything is on screen at once, nothing is.
To-do lists don't tell you when.
You see a wall of items with no order. So you pick the easiest thing, finish the day, and the important task is still sitting there.
Calendars show the whole week.
Helpful for meetings. Useless for routines. On Wednesday afternoon you don't need to see Tuesday at 9 AM. You need to see what's next.
Notes apps store. They don't surface.
Tasks go in and disappear. Nothing pushes the right one to the front at the right time. The app becomes another place to forget things.
Repeata is built on a single idea: at any given moment, one task is enough.
Set your day once. Repeata does the rest.
Three steps. The whole setup takes under a minute. Every hour after that, the app handles itself.
Add a task
Type what needs to be done. Give it a name that fits on one line — short and clear beats descriptive and forgotten.
Pick an hour
Choose from 24 hourly slots. 7 AM for the gym. 9 AM for deep work. 6 PM for dinner. Whatever the rhythm of your day actually looks like.
Choose the days
All seven are on by default. Toggle off weekends, or switch to one-time and pick specific dates from a calendar. That's it — no templates, no projects.
Two ways to add a task. One way to run your day.
Repeatable tasks appear on the weekdays you choose. One-time tasks appear only on the dates you pick.
New task
×New task
×Repeatable tasks are for the routines that build your day. One-time tasks are for the things that show up only once. Both live in the same list, and both appear only at their hour.
All tasks
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
An hourly planner should be small enough to trust and simple enough to actually open.
Current-hour focus
See only what's due in the hour you're in. The rest of the day waits its turn.
Repeat by weekday
Any combination of days. Monday to Thursday, weekends only, or all seven.
One-time dates
For the things that happen once. Pick any number of dates from a calendar.
24 hourly slots
Every hour of the day, from midnight to midnight. Early bird, night owl — both work.
Completion history
Every task you tick off stays recorded for that day. A quiet record of what you actually did.
Collapsed backlog
Earlier-today and done-today fold away. They're there if you want them, invisible if you don't.
Stored in your browser
Nothing leaves your device. No server, no sync, no tracking. Export a backup any time.
No account
No signup, no email, no password. Open the tab and your schedule is there.
Mobile-first
Built for phones first. Open it in your browser on any device — no app store, no download.
Built for the way real days actually go.
Some people need a project manager. Most people just need to know what to do next.
ADHD brains
Big lists paralyze. A single current-hour task is doable. Repeata strips away everything except what's in front of you right now.
Freelancers
A different shape every day. Set the rhythm once, adjust the odd hour when needed, and let the app handle the rest.
Parents & caretakers
School runs, meals, bedtime. Routines repeat, so the app should too. Set the days once and forget the schedule.
Students
Study blocks in hourly chunks. Alternate between subjects. See only the block you're in, not the entire semester.
Habit builders
The same task, at the same hour, every day. Repeata turns a habit into a slot that quietly shows up when it's due.
Anyone done with backlogs
If your to-do app has become a place where good intentions go to die, Repeata is what's underneath the backlog.
Notes on hourly focus.
Ideas on doing less at once, and finishing more of what matters.
Why a 40-item to-do list fails you — and what works instead
The problem isn't the number of tasks. It's that you see all of them at once, and your brain picks the easiest one.
MethodHourly scheduling vs. time-blocking: a subtle difference that changes everything
Time-blocking fills a calendar. Hourly scheduling surfaces one thing at a time. Here's why the second one sticks.
ADHDADHD-friendly planning: why less on screen means more done
For a brain that struggles to start, the size of the list matters more than the size of the task. A calmer interface, by design.
Common questions.
How is Repeata different from a to-do list?
A to-do list shows you everything at once, which becomes a wall of guilt. Repeata shows only the tasks scheduled for the current hour, so you always know what to do right now.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Repeata opens directly in your browser with no signup and no email. Your tasks are stored locally in your browser and can be exported to a backup file at any time.
What happens when I complete a task?
When you tick a task, it moves into a collapsed Done today section. It stays recorded in that day's history, so you always have a record of what you finished.
Can I schedule tasks that only happen once?
Yes. When adding a task, switch from Repeatable to One-time and pick the specific dates from a calendar. You can select as many dates as you need — for example, three separate appointments or a single future event.
Can I repeat a task only on certain days?
Yes. Every repeatable task has a day picker with all seven days selected by default. Turn off the days you don't want, and the task appears only on the days you kept.
Where is my data stored?
Everything is stored locally in your browser. Nothing leaves your device, and there is no server. You can export a backup at any time and import it on the same or a different browser.
Does Repeata work on mobile?
Yes. Repeata is built mobile-first for the dashboard, the add-task sheet, and the date picker. Open it in your phone browser and it works without an app store download.
Your next hour, quietly organized.
Add your first task in under thirty seconds. Repeata does the rest.
